Rooms come with a private bathroom. You can check in early if needed, and there's parking available right on the premises. 🚗.

Stayed here for 2 days, really enjoyed the hotel, it was clean with great location to the St Mark's Square. The great staff gave good recommendations.

Location
Evening staff rude and unfriendly and when I asked if we could have a fan or if the air counditioning worked I was told that as we booked the low cost accomodation it was unavailable. This was said in a very rude manner and after having to climb 4 flights of steep stairs with a suitcase was not a great start to the stay here. There was no mention of the stairs when booking and as there were a lot of elderly people staying here I am sure I am not the first person to mention this. The room was also dusty and not very clean and the bathroom not pleasant as there was mold on the ceiling and shower. There were no socket points in the bedroom so therefore had to get an extension lead to plug in the bathroom so there was power in the bedroom. Again very unsatisfactory as well as being dangerous. Breakfast was ok but the lady serving seemed uninterested in the guests and we seemed to be an inconvenience.

location
Water from the shower would flush so slowly that showers could not last more than 2 mins. Otherwise dirt from the pipes would start to come up. Rooms were not clean at all, hairs could be found all over the place staff barely speak english (others dont even speak clear italian) and werenotfriendly. Breakfast was simple and if you ask for more bread the staff would start complaining to themselves

Decent location
Hotel Canada is fraud. We gave our credit card number to make an online payment but on check out we paid using another card. Weirdly we have been charged on both the cards, that means we paid twice. I called the manager and he was very uncouth. They didnt entertain my complaint. I mailed them the proof that both accounts have been swipped and still they are nt responding. They refused to pay us our money back, They looted us on very heavy amount cause we were 3 people and stayed for 2 nights. This has been very very dissapointing. if you plan to stay here please make sure you DO NOT pay in cash cause they cheat.

Location
The staff was rude, the "double room" was smaller than a single room. It is a classic case of cheating. Charging for a twin bed room but giving a 1-1/4 sized bed. There was no fan. When asked about it, the receptionist said. this is what we have for Booked.net. We wanted an upgrade to a genunine twin bed room , but we were refused. The manager virtually told us that if you book a room through Booked.net you shouldn't expect anything better. I would call upon booking.co to exclude this hotel from their list.
